What do I need to prepare?

Absolutely nothing! Just provide the space and we'll bring all the necessary equipment including towels and creams or oils.

Who are your therapists and are they certified?

We have both male and female therapists. They have a minimum of 5 years experience and are certified in all types of full body massage, foot reflexology and back, neck and shoulder massage. Examples of certificates held include ITEC and WDA.

What oils/ creams do you use?

We use only the best! We use a balance oil that ingredients include: Apricot kernel oil, Hazel seed oil, Grape Seed oil, Macadamia seed oil, Orange oil, Juniperus Comminis Fruit oil and Cupressus Sempervirens Leaf oil. For a full list of ingredients, please email or call us and we will happily send the full list to you.

What type of full body massages do you offer?

Our therapists offer all types of full body massages as they are all certified. Our most popular request is a Swedish style massage (more relaxing) or Deep Tissue (Acupressure). Of course the therapists can tailor a full body massage to suit your preference – you just let the therapists know.

What areas do you service?

We provide complete islandwide coverage across all 26 locations and neighborhoods in Singapore — Central & Downtown (Orchard, Marina Bay, Chinatown, Novena, Robertson Quay), East (Tampines, Bedok, Eunos, Geylang, Pasir Ris), West (Jurong East & West, Clementi, Queenstown, Bukit Timah) and North & North-East (Yishun, Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Sembawang, Thomson, Serangoon, Hougang). What is the last time I can make a booking?

Our phones are manned from 11am to 11pm, 7 days a week. You can call, email or sms anytime during these hours to make a booking. If you want a booking past midnight, the actual booking request must be made by 11pm on that night.

Is there a charge for a booking that finishes after midnight?

Yes, if your booking finishes past midnight there is an additional $30 surcharge.

Can I hold a hen's party / baby shower / birthday party / bachelorette party / private event?

Yes, you can! We at IsleHouse hold many private events and specialize in making the day a special one for all. Whether it is an intimate party or an event for hundreds, we can tailor the party to your needs and budget. We provide all the equipment plus towels, creams or oils etc needed.
